Standard Shipping & Processing (Contiguous United States)

FREE SHIPPING

On orders over $100!

Orders over $100: receive free shipping on orders over $100 (*oversize charges still apply). In-stock items are shipped promptly and will generally be delivered within 7-10 days depending on where you live.

Orders less than $100: will be charged a flat rate of $7.95 for shipping and handling.

*Oversize Shipping Charges
A small percentage of our large and/or heavy items require oversized shipping charges. Oversize charges are listed on the catalog page and on our website.

Expedited Shipping & Processing (Contiguous United States)

Expedited orders received by 12 noon (EST) will be shipped the same day, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

  • We offer Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3rd Day expedited shipping.
  • Expedited shipping costs are based on the weight and box dimensions.
 

Additional Shipping Charges

Some heavy or large items have additional shipping and handling charges. On select products, additional shipping and handling charges are noted on the product information pages and will be noted in your shopping basket. Please note that oversize items may be very expensive to ship via an expedited ship method.

International Shipping

We are happy to ship our products worldwide. Deliveries outside the continental United States require additional shipping charges. A customer service representative will contact you within 1 - 3 business days after your order is placed to provide a shipping quote before your order is shipped or any charges are applied to your credit card. All of our prices are in U.S. dollars. When you charge a purchase to a credit card, your credit card company will calculate the exchange rate automatically. Wire transfers must be made in U.S. funds.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, immediately contact our customer service department at 1-800-365-1311 or email at service@sstack.com.

Tracking your Package

You will receive a ship confirmation email when your order ships. The email will include your tracking number. You may also login to your account to track your order.

Backordered Items

If you have an item on backorder, you can substitute or cancel at any time. Your items placed on backorder will not be billed until the items are shipped. Shipping charges are split across your shipments based on the merchandise total. All backorders ship via standard shipping.

Undeliverable Packages

We will contact you to correct the shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if you entered the wrong delivery address.
