These stay put very nicely, and do the job. My horse likes to remove his wraps and boots, and hasn't been able to remove these, I think because of the double velcro closure. Very glad I purchased.

I have a 16.1hh OTTB and use a Large size per the chart. However, I notice the back bottoms are being torn up. Should I use a Medium instead of a Large? Also, they fit lower on the hoof than in the picture, but seem to fit her. She's a TB so hoof is low and long.

We would suggest going with the large. if you have any more questions about fit contact customer service at 800-365-1311. They can help talk you through the best fit for your horse.

I have a Dutch warmblood and she wears a medium which fit just as their supposed to length wise to the ground, but they are a little small around her cornet band so I usually velcro a little looser. I have noticed though the more broken in they become the better fit around the cornet band they are. It's stiff material at first.

I use the Large size on my TB/Percheron cross and mine are torn up at the back/bottom as well. The seams are just not holding up in the arena sand and concussion. I'm thinking I will switch brands on my next purchase. These have not been that good of quality.

I'm not sure what to tell you. I've got Reiner's and they wear large or extra large, they need to hang long in the back, with my previous OTTB, he wore large. Order the mediums, try on, if not what your looking for send back. Sorry I can't be if more help.
