Comments about Gel-Eze Gel Eze™ Hot N' Cold Wrap:

Put in freezer before using. Good cold therapy for edema in hind leg. Put leg wrap over the Gel Eze so it stayed on even with movement. Noticeably helped reduce inflammation. Stayed cool about 20 minutes on warm area.

            • Q:

For those of you who use this to stop saddles from slipping, do you put it on top of the saddle blanket/numnah right under the saddle. Basically like it was a gel pad to cushion the saddle just spread it out and put the saddle on top?

                A:

This is not the product to use for slipping saddles. You would need to look at item 00796 or 21546. Don't use this product for slipping saddles.

            • Q:

Can you put these on during turnout? How do they stay on? Do they come in pairs or just one?

                A:

These are not meant for outdoor turnout and should only be used indoors unless they are being wrapped to keep them up. They are made of a self adhering material. They are sold individually

                A:

These can be put in the freezer or soaked in hot water to achieve desired temperature. It is best to wrap these with vet wrap in insure they stay in place.
