Comments about German Horse Muffins 7lbs:

I use these to give pills to one horse at shows. He will gobble them down ( and he is a picky eater). They are soft and easy to push a hole into. They look like brownies and smell good enough for humans.

These really helped out when we needed to give our very picky horse a paste med he hated. Got tired of wearing the paste on my clothes and in my hair. Put the paste between two muffins and he chowed down and did't spit any out!

Comments about German Horse Muffins 7lbs:

My horse was diagnosed wtih an ulcer this past winter. So, we decided to use the infamous "blue granules" to treat her vs. the paste. The main issue we were running in to, was that she was leaving the medication in the bottom of her feed bucket. So I knew I had to find a way to hide the medication and quickly. So, I bought a giant tub of these treats to try to mask the medicine. I had to slightly warm the treat up, which allowed me to make a pocket in it, added the granules and sealed it with a mint. In the end, I wound up making over 120 of these! (2 month treatment/twice daily and 2 tubs of horse muffins) Was it a pain? oh yes... But having a horse in pain from an ulcer is FAR WORSE! These treats were exactly what we needed. I could not have asked for better. I am so thankful to have found these. They were apparently good tasting (my horse absolutely loved them) and very economical. After 2 months of ulcer treatment, I am happy to say that my horse is now ulcer free!!
Bottom line - I have nothing bad to say about this product. If I could give it 10 stars, I would!
