    Comments about Pinnacle Padded Bridle:

I purchased this bridle approximately 12 years ago and I was so pleased with the quality and suppleness of the leather I decided to buy one of their saddles. I did try to purchase this same bridle a couple years ago to replace the original one I had which had become a work bridle after so many years of use, but I returned it due to the stiffness of the leather. I recently tried purchasing it again after trying 2 other brands and being unsatisfied. This time, although not quite as supple as the purchase made 12 years ago, is still better than the second time I purchased this bridle. It is a beautiful bridle, the only downside is they shortened the rein length from the original one I had. But I'm happy with my new show bridle and the old one still serves its purpose as a work bridle!

      Comments about Pinnacle Padded Bridle:

I was looking for a nice leather bridle for a decent price. I was definitely happily surprised when I received this bridle in the mail. It is very supple, well made, quality leather. Of course, as with any new leather piece, it took several in and outs of the straps to get the keepers loosened up. Looks beautiful and fits well on my OTTB mare.

Product description does not call out that reigns are included with bridle. We ordered the reigns too, but will be returning due to duplication.

        Comments about Pinnacle Padded Bridle:

This bridle is great. The leather is pliable and soft. It's quality is comparable to my 200$ dressage bridle. I am ordering another for my other horse. FYI The chestnut color is pretty dark and closer to a Havana color especially after cleaning and conditioning.

        Comments about Pinnacle Padded Bridle:

This bridle is a fantastic value. It is very soft and supple, though I still recommend soaping and conditioning it before use. This will remove any extra dye. The leather has a nice luster, weight, and feel, the keepers are well-sized and stay put, and the rein laces are nice and grippy without making the reins too rough or stiff. After a few uses (and the initial soap/condition) they are softening up very nicely. I was a little worried about this because the rein leather is thicker than most, but they now have a very nice feel. Fits comfortably and true to size, am on middle or near-middle holes on all parts on my stocky 15.1 QH/Paint. If you have an extremely wide, large-headed horse, the browband may be a tad small (it's just short of 16" end to end), that's my only caveat - I wouldn't use one shorter than this on my gelding. Mine came with a white mark on one of the reins, looking like a handwritten factory mark. It came off with some vigorous scrubbing, however.

The chestnut is the main picture and the havana is the picture of the horse wearing the bridle.
