We found these fine tine forks years ago and have purchased several. They hold up well to daily stall cleaning. We've used them with large horses and minis.

Love the narrower tine spacing!

Comments about Fine Tines™ Manure Fork Junior:

We use pelletized bedding for our horses and this fork filters out more small mature chunks. Even picks up most of the tiny sheep in the w even picks up most of the tiny sheep manure.

Got ponies? Get this fork!

By Bruce

from Dover, PA

Pros

  • Durable
  • Easy to Clean
  • Good Fit
  • Good Value
  • Right tool for the right job

Cons

    Best Uses

    • Indoor/Outdoor
    • Pony chores

Comments about Fine Tines™ Manure Fork Junior:

My wife and I run a 27 acre rescue for mostly Shetland ponies and other minis and smaller ponies. Obviously, pasture pick is a big part of my day. The spacing between the tines of regular manure forks is too wide- the smaller detritus that ponies produce slips right through and you finish your chores and the paddocks still look unkempt. With this fine tine fork- you get everything. If you have stone dust (or equivalent) down, you just plow through and lift everything- manure, leaf litter, twigs, everything. You finish your work and your paddocks look like they've just been raked by a little old gardener in a zen garden. And with this tool, you spend the same time or less as with a regular fork, and do a better job. The product comes in many colors, is made of sturdy engineer plastic and comes in two sizes: a full size, deep basket model and a smaller, shallower model for lighter work or smaller workers (kids). This is not a good choice if you're working in grass or very stony surfaces, as the tines hang up or clog up. But in dirt, stone dust, arena surfaces, etc- it's tops!

    Breakable

    By Poo sifter

    from Kentucky

Comments about Fine Tines™ Manure Fork Junior:

The plastic needs to be stronger. They are great for awhile and then sifting poo they will break. I really like the close tines for picking, just need to find the reason for breaking. Cannot seem to find the manufacturer to complain about their process.

Comments about Fine Tines™ Manure Fork Junior:

This is the only manure fork that cleans fine shavings in stalls......and they are very hard to find. Was very happy to find it on your website and your delivery rates were much cheaper than the other website I found it on.

It would depend on the size of what you're picking up. The large fork is 17" W x 14"D with 30 tines spaced ½" apart.
