I have purchased many blankets and have the stable owner to purchase and she has 14 horses. We both like the blankets take anything and hold up.

Comments about Weaver Leather Weaver Smart Cinch-felt:

My "foster" Mustang has a skin sensitivity to neoprene and doesn't like light colored or white string girths (we all have our phobias!), but he's getting long great with this girth. Again, I haven't had it long enough to comment on durability, but so far so good.

                A:

To measure your horse for the correct size, place your saddle on the horse while he's standing on level ground. Tie a piece of string or baling twine to one rigging ring, loop it under the horse's girth, and bring it up to the other ring. Measure that length and subtract 16 inches (round up to the nearest cinch size) and you'll have a good estimate of your horse's correct cinch size.
