            Comments about HandsOn Grooming Gloves:

I've had these gloves for about three months and they've made shedding season a lot easier on me and my "mane" man! My Fjord grows a Nordic coat (even though we live near Seattle) and he gets super itchy while he sheds, especially on his face. I have a few other shedding/grooming devices that are great for his body, but not so great for his face and legs. These gloves are PERFECT for that; I can scratch all his itchy spots, remove tons of hair, and scrub dried mud off his legs.

They're great for baths, too, since you don't have to try to hold them while they're all slippery with shampoo. They made it very easy to scrub up all the gunk that had settled into his coat over the winter.

I'd hesitated to buy them because I wasn't sure if they were really as good as they seemed, but they've far exceeded my expectations. I've recommended them to almost every horse friend because I think everyone will enjoy them. (Side note - I think these would be even more helpful for people with arthritis or other hand injuries/ailments since you don't have to hold them the way you do grooming tools.)

Not sure if I should get a medium or a large, as my hand/palm measures 8.5in. I have average length fingers, if that helps. Thanks.

We think that the small would work the best. They do have little stretch in the fingers.

I have found that they have longer than average fingers as mine are still kind of long in the fingers and I got the medium for the same width in my palm.  So it depends on what is most important to you...

I got a small.  My hand measures 6 to 61/2 inches. I personally would
like them a little snug. I was hesitant to spend the money on  these
gloves, but I love them. So does my horse. Guess my answer is try the small.
                Happy grooming!

Hi Robin,My hands fit that same description and I ordered a Medium....the gloves are snug, so I'm glad I did order the medium size. I've used them as a dry curry and also with shampoo during a bath, and worked perfectly. My horse likes the HandsOn Grooming Gloves as much as I do!

            Hear it from the pro's…

“These gloves are amazing! Grooming, bathing, massaging all in one. I see a big difference in our horses’ coats. Not sure who likes them more, our grooms or our horses.”
Christine Ryan, Trainer – Ryan Show Horses, PA

“The HandsOn Gloves are a brilliant idea - great way to thoroughly go over your horse and do a great massage and curry job at the same time. And they’re great for removing saddle and bridle sweat marks. So much more effective and a lot more fun to use than regular curry combs - my horses and I Iove them!”
Liz Scoville, Trainer – Fair Weather Farm, OH

“We just love these grooming gloves! This is the best new product to come along in ages.”
Wendy Potts, Trainer – Freewill Farm, TX

“As a professional in the industry I am always looking for ways to work smarter, not harder. ‘Hands On’ gloves are a wonderful and innovative grooming tool, even sensitive horses enjoy them. The gloves allow for the total feel of your horse, going into every nook and cranny that doesn’t conform to a conventional curry. With the open finger design, grooming becomes much more tactile, improving feel on your horse’s body, legs and face. I have never used anything like it. I highly recommend them for all horsemen and caregivers. Hands On gloves are my go to grooming tool.”
