This medium weight stable blanket allows your pony to stay comfortable in cold weather. Breathable Dura-Nylon® 420 denier nylon outer keeps your pony from overheating and the "Original" Adjusta-Fit® System is designed to adjust the size of the neck up to 2", so you get a custom fit no matter the shape of your pony.

Midweight warmth for when the tempurature drops below 50 degrees F. If your horse has a medium or thick coat, midweight blankets should be worn below 45 degrees F.

"This blanket is perfect first mid sized donkey. It fits a little large in the brisket area but I was able to modify in easy. ( donkey narrow chest) We live in central Minnesota where outdoor temperatures can reach far below zero. The donkey doesn't have a fluffy coat that stands up like the horses ( desert animal), so he needs the extra layer. It is very durable."

"Since the Jr blankets seem to have been discontinued from Schneider's inventory, these work pretty well for my weanlings-coming yearlings. The closed fronts and adjustable shoulders prevent shoulder rubs from a smaller chested baby (compared to a pony - which these were designed for), and that is a huge plus for me. I would like to the the outer shell a little more durable - but I will still purchase these again."
