"We've had this grazing muzzle on our Mini for three years and it has been well worth the price and time to put it on. It now has a larger hole, but everything else is still perfect. I was sent a different size than I ordered.
"First, the picture of the Best Friend Grazing Muzzle with attached halter is not the correct picture. The Best Friend Grazing Muzzle has a plastic snap closure and not velcro, which is pictured. Second, the sizing chart that is available for the product is not correct, and needs to be updated, which lead me to be sent the wrong size, which I had to return at my expense. I have used the Best Friend Muzzle before, and knew what size dimensions I needed, and using their size chart, oreded the size I needed, only to get the next size up! Had to order from another company, and got the right size! Need to get with it, and change it!"
