Nice fit, not sturdy
"It only took my Haflinger 9 days to wear through the stitching in this muzzle. The Large Horse size fits him really good with the added sheepskin liner to protect his nose, but I hope it’s sturdy enough to last. Also, the design of the Velcro strips to hold the muzzle onto a halter is okay, but the little slider pieces that are supposed to keep them in place do not work. They slide down and then the Velcro peels down and gets dirt etc in it so it won’t stay up."

"Love Best Friend muzzles. they stay on and fit well. Can use multiple seasons before the base opening starts to wear out/hole gets bigger. Velcro does start to wear out over time. Works better if you have a halter it can just stay on at all times."

"LOVE this muzzle!! I use it daily on my older gelding that is on a very restricted diet. He gets turned out everyday with it. Very durable and easy to use and clean. I ordered this as a back up for my other Best Friend Grazing muzzle, but as they hold up so good, it may be a while until I have to replace it."
