    Comments about Dura-Tech® Tie Ring:

These snaps work perfectly for avoiding accidents from being hard tied. I use them to clip on to existing tie rings. Easy and quick to use. Keep two in my trailer and won't be without again. Need to order more!

    Comments about Dura-Tech® Tie Ring:

Needed something to tie my green horse to the trailer without risking the trailer. Did not want to pay the $25 price tag on a more known product, especially when I wanted at least 2. This was the perfect fit! I bought 2 of them, one for the trailer and one for the stable. Allows him to have a spook, realize there is no monster and settle back down. I use it to tie him up inside the trailer and out. Product was a bit small for the outside but a regular clip fixed that issue straightaway. Used the internet to figure out how to use this (since it came with nothing) and quickly realized that the safety clip is the way to go! Highly recommend for anyone with a horse that pulls back when tied.

          Comments about Dura-Tech® Tie Ring:

I use these in my trailer, stalls cross -ties and lean-to's. Anywhere I need to have a horse relax to stand and be vetted, groomed, saddled or just plain be patient and wait to be cooled out. Geat training youngsters just like the more expensive panic rings

              Comments about Dura-Tech® Tie Ring:

These are very handy to have in the barn and horse trailer! You can virtually clip them anywhere you need to tie a horse. They are perfect for teaching horses to tie, without worry. They are a great value compared to other tie rings available, and the Dura-Tech tie ring has the added bonus of not being permanently installed...just un-clip it and move it! If there is one drawback, it would be that the clip could be just a bit bigger to be able to clip it more places, but so far, that really hasn't been a problem.

              • Q:

What is the best size diameter and material for a lead rope with this tie ring? I want it to slide with enough tension that the horse feels resistance and doesn't slide through too easily that it would be easy for the horse to get free

                  A:

This tie ring will work well with a 5/8", ¾" or 7/8" diameter nylon lead rope.
