What we received was fine.

Unfortunately, the elastic that were supposed to come with it have not arrived. We want them to encourage reach...not necessarily height of motion.

Fabulous training aid

I use this product 2-3 times a week with stretchies and they are comfortable on my horse's ankles, and durable enough to withstand a tough training regimen.

Nice sheepskin ankle wraps

These are really nice high quality ankle rings but they are hard to figure out how to use as hobbles. Directions recommend attaching a chain but that makes them real big and loose on the average size horse. I used them in a figure 8 fashion and they are still big on my 15H mare. But well cusioned and high quality. Just wish we could adjust them smaller.

Would these work for a cob or large pony?

Yes! I ride an smalller saddlebred and I put them on the tightest hole. They are super flexable and adjustable.

There are two sizes offered and I bought the larger ones, 2" I believe, and they would not work for a small horse or pony, but I believe the smaller size would work.

Yes these would fit a cob or large pony.
