Dura-Tech® Fast Wrap Polo Wraps

Overview

Dura-Tech® Fast Wrap Polo Wraps
These fast wrap polos provide moderate protection and ensure safe and proper application every time with their one piece construction, generous padding and suspensory support. These polos are contoured to conform to the leg, protecting soft tissue from impact as well as protecting the cannon bone and sesamoids. The suspensory strap wraps under the fetlock to add addition support and take the guess work out of correct placement. These one piece, wrap around polos are constructed of dense, 360 gram anti-pill fleece and are secured with two heavy duty hook & loop straps.
  • 360 gram anti-pill fleece construction maximizes comfort
  • One piece wrap around construction ensures proper placement every time
  • Suspensory strap under the fetlock for additional support and ensures proper placement
  • Two hook and loop straps keep wrap in place and hold secure
  • Contoured fit provides moderate support and impact protection

Great boots for winter laminitis

"I bought these for my hinny to keep his legs warm in cold weather to avoid winter laminitis. They go on easily, stay in place and are virtually impossible to overtighten; shavings brush off fairly easily with a stiff brush. The hook and loop straps are industrial strength so I find I have to use a pair of needle nose pliers to lift the edge of each strap when removing the boots."

Great for equines prone to "winter laminitis"

"I purchased these polo boots for my PPID/IR hinny mule who has started to be affected by cold temperatures/winter laminitis. The boots are WONDERFUL for keeping his legs warm; the boots do collect shavings, but brush off easily, are less restrictive than bulky shipping boots, are a breeze to put on, and there's no way to "over tighten" them. I highly recommend them."

disappointing

"these apparently run small. Bought the size right for my horse after a hock injury but they are small. after 2 days the velcro inside rubbed up an open sore because of the poor fit. And the lower strap does not provide any support at all. Waste of money. Just another disappointing buy from this company."

These wraps are the best. Great protection and fit.

"These are my ""go to"" for daily use. Fit horses well with the appropriate sizing options. Durable, wash well, and last."

I would not buy again.

"Run very small returned item. Didn't look like they would give much support. I will continue to use regular wraps."

My Houdini can't get them off!

"I was hunting for a product that would protect my horse from stall sores. I've tried so many products and she manages to tear everything to shreds. It's been so frustrating and expensive. I've even fabricated my own wraps specifically to help her sores heal and customized others. Other products either shift and don't protect the sores or eventually she's able to get them off by tearing the velcro. Since I purchased these Fast wrap Polo Wraps, her sores have completely healed. They don't shift and she doesn't try to pull them off. They are so soft and comfortable, I now keep them on her as protection and prevention."

I love these boots BUT. . .

"I purchased these boots in a size small for my ""stocky"", well-built 14. 1h Quarter Horse because he developed a sore on the front of his front leg. I love them, BUT because he has a lot of ""good bone"", they lack about 1/2"" to an 1"" of going around his leg as good as they should. I have ordered the size medium in hopes they will work better, but am concerned they will be too long."
