Hot and Cold Therapy Boots are a useful tool in anyones therapy kit. Wraps can be placed in the freezer to chill or in the microwave to heat, making these a multi-use therapy treatment for new injures and sore muscles or arthritis. Sold in a pairs. Stall Use only
For cold use, wraps can be placed in the freezer before use. Gel inserts will stay cold for 30 minutes. To Heat the wraps - take the gel insert out of the boot, place it in the microwave on low heat for 30-60 seconds at a time while checking between intervals. As to not overheat you should be able to hold your hand on the gel wrap for at least 10 seconds comfortably. Stays warm for 20 minutes. One size fits most: 14" total height and can adjust from 11" to 15" around (at the top of the cannon). Cold should be used on new and acute injuries and to reduce swelling while heat should be used on more chronic issues like arthritis and sore muscles.
