Just spray it and the chewing stops!! My colt chewed everything in sight, sprayed this on my mares blankets and tail, the stuff my colt chewed on and it broke all habits of him chewing. It does have a strong pepper like smell so it does have an irritating smell but it only took one spray and done

      Comments about Raplast Rap Last:

We have one horse wearing a turnout blanket and another horse that wants to rip it to shreds. I have spent the winter making repairs and using other products every few days. Then I ordered this. This stuff is really nasty. I removed the blanket and sprayed according to directions and still managed to get it on my hands and face somehow. Did I mention it is nasty? The blanket has been untouched ever since. I am so very pleased to finally find something that really works. It did darken the blanket, but the bottle says it will wash out, and I don't really care. I am just relieved to find a product that actually repels a determined horse.

Rap Last works because it is nasty! It makes you cough when you get near it and the horses stay away from it. I use it on leg wraps and on my mare's shoe boil boot because she tries to chew it off. One spray per day is what I do and it keeps her away from it.

I have tried every product on the market and every concoction known to man and nothing has stopped my horse from chewing wood UNTIL I received this product! I was so thrilled when I found out that it worked and I didn't have to waste my money trying new things anymore. If your horse chews at all...DO TRY THIS....it will work! I know it so much that I bought 3 of them.

Hi! Wondering if this would be safe for dogs? My dog plays with my outdoor furniture cushions and sometimes tears them up! Trying to find a deterrent! Thanks so much!

                    A:

We do not know if this product has been used on dogs. However, our Ultra Chew Stop or item #02773 has been used by our staff and customers to stop dogs from chewing and it has worked for some of them. Be sure to test it on a small area before using all over. It may cause a stain or discolor fabric.
