Where is my order confirmation or ship confirmation email(s)?

You should receive an order confirmation email within 4 hours of placing your order online. Shipping confirmation emails are currently sent after your order is successfully shipped. If you don't receive an order confirmation or shipping confirmation email, please contact customer service at service@sstack.com or 800-365-1311.

Please make sure the email didn't get put into your junk, clutter, promotion, etc. folders in your email.

Where is my order?

You can check the status of your order by logging into your online account and clicking order status. After your order ships you will also receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you don't have an online account or do not receive a ship confirmation email, please contact customer service at service@sstack.com or 800-365-1311.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We work hard to process your order quickly. After your order has been placed, if all items are in stock, your order goes directly to the warehouse and regrettably it cannot be cancelled or changed. You may call customer service to inquire about the status of your order at anytime at service@sstack.com or 800-365-1311.

If the items are on backorder, you can substitute or cancel at any time.

Did you receive a damaged or defective item?

Are you missing an item?

Check the packing slip that was included with your shipment. In order to fill your order quickly and efficiently with items already in stock, we may have split your order into multiple shipments, which we would indicate on the packing slip. If this is the case, you will not be charged any additional shipping costs beyond those you had originally authorized. If the item is listed on your packing slip and was not included in your order, then contact customer service at service@sstack.com or 800-365-1311.
