What methods of payment do you accept online?

We Accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Gift Certificates, Bonus Bucks, SS Charge & PayPal

If you prefer to pay by wire transfer, please contact customer service at 800-365-1311 or 440-543-2700. If you prefer to pay by check or money order, download an order form and mail your order with payment to the below address.

What is a SS Charge?

For added convenience in shopping with Schneiders, we invite qualified individuals and farms to open a Schneider's Charge. Terms are flexible with the option of paying the balance in full each month or making a minimum payment plus a finance charge. To apply for credit, click here.

What are Bonus Bucks?

Get 4% back on your purchases!

Every purchase you make from Schneiders earns points towards valuable Bonus Bucks. Each dollar spent (excluding tax and freight) equals a point. Schneiders keeps track of your catalog, internet and store purchase. Four times a year (February, May, August, and November) Schneiders will mail you a $20 Bonus Buck for every 500 points you've accumulated. Bonus Bucks are good for future purchases. At shows, save your receipts and when you accumulate 500 points simply mail them in for redemption.

Do you offer Leasing or Extended purchase plans?

Gift Certificates

If you have a Gift Certificate, you will be given an opportunity to enter your gift certificate's number during the checkout process.

If you are interested in purchasing a gift certificate we offer two types:
Electronic Gift Certificates (emailed to a chosen email address)
Paper Gift Certificates (mailed to a chosen shipping address)

What if I lose unused bonus bucks or unused gift certificates?

Please contact customer service as they may be able to pull the information from our system. If they are unable to get the information we may have to deduct 2% off the remaining balance to process a new one.

Sales Tax

On June 21, 2018, the United States Supreme Court changed the rules for collection of sales tax by internet-based retailers. These new rules are controlled by each state individually and is based on your shipping address state. Please check your individual state for more information on how this affects your state.

Can I use multiple credit cards?

Currently we are unable to accept multiple credit cards on one order.

When is my credit card charged?

Credit cards will be pre-authorized for the shipment amount when the order is sent to our fulfillment center for shipping. Once the shipment has been physicially shipped, we will charge the credit card for the purchase amount.

Items placed on backorder will not be billed until the items are shipped. Shipping charges are split across your shipments based on the merchandise total of each shipment.

When is my debit card charged?

Debit cards are processed just like credit cards. However, the pre-authorized amount may not be available for use, but the funds will not be deducted until your items have shipped.
