This heavy-duty waterproof turnout sheet allows your horse to stay comfortable and dry no matter how rough they play out in the pasture. Aridity™ Bamboo Charcoal inner layer wicks moisture away from the horse, keeping them more comfortable during temperature changes. Enlarged tail hook cover acts as a better wind and rain barrier. Extended gussets with 3M reflective patches and tail stripe for added visibility at dusk or for night turnout.

Patented V-TEK® Wither relief sheets are designed to prevent rubbing and relieve pressure on high to moderate withers. They are uniquely designed to fit Thoroughbreds, Warmbloods, Appendix horses, or those with Upright Shoulder Conformation. They include an extended drop to cover a deeper heartgirth and they are shaped with darts at the hips to give a more contoured fit around the rump. Extends 6 to 8 inches onto the mane.

How to Measure a Horse for a Blanket
The most accurate and easiest way to determine your horse’s blanket size is to measure along the side of their body, from chest to tail. First, stand the horse square on a flat surface. Measure from the center of the chest, straight back to the very edge of the tail. Make sure to measure along the widest part of their shoulder and hindquarters. The number of inches measured in this way is your horse’s size. Look on the size chart for any Schneiders blanket for this number of inches to order your horse’s perfect size.

"My horse is hard to fit in blankets because of a wide chest and shoulder. The warrior blankets are the best fit. He has 3 blankets and one neck cover works with all 3! I love knowing that he's dry and comfortable!"

"I loved the fit of this sheet since I have a sticky Fjord pony who is tough to fit. Nothing else has fit her quite so well. I'm not a fan of the elastic leg straps since my experience is they lose their elasticity and then are so long and droopy it's difficult to get them adjusted for safety. I'm also very disappointed because the second time wearing this sheet in heavy rain there was leaking along the back seam and the seams over the withers. This is very disappointing since Schneiders proclaims this their best sheet but hopefully with their warranty I can get this resolved. I have never had to return anything before, but this is a serious issue when the sheet becomes soaked and temperatures are in the low 30s."

"I love Schneider's blankets, especially the Armorflex Warrior VTEK blankets. I've bought quite a few of these for my horses. They are pricey but so well worth it. I've had mine for years on an older horse and now on my 4 year old. They wash great and I hang mine to dry. They are a great blanket."
