"Very good quality martingale, thick but supple leather, nice brass hardware. I like the running rope, slides through a bit ring smoothly. The reins don't have a buckle at the ends, only a keeper to keep the ends together while crossed over a neck. I'm ok with it, however the keeper can be lost quite quickly, so be ready for it."
"While Schneider's did a great job of shipping in a timely manner, I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the Billy Royal German Martingale. The reins are thick and bulky and there is no buckle to join them so you are dealing with 2 separate reins. The breast band was not bad but the 2 attachments that go from it to the reins are VERY thin and weak. I am returning this product for a refund"
