Key benefits

Safe & Healthy

It mimics natural grazing functions by allowing the horse to eat slowly off the ground while the hay stays protected from sawdust, urine, and manure. Studies have shown that allowing horses to eat with their heads down in a more natural position is healthier and may help prevent ulcers from forming. It's designed without hardware for your horse's safety. We do not recommend horses with shoes use this type of ground feeder.

Slow Feed 1.5 Holes

The small, 1.5" webbing holes on the front side of the hay bag allow a slow, more natural way of eating to help keep horses eating longer.

Durable Double PVC

It's constructed from a 600D double PVC vinyl material that is 50% stronger than standard polyester. Plus, it's water and urine-resistant

Easy Close Top

The durable zipper top closure with a hook and loop closure flap keeps the zipper hidden during use.

Large Hay Capacity

Your horse's hay will last for hours due to the large capacity of these bags. The Standard bag can fit 3-4 flakes, and the Large can fit 6 flakes of hay!

Grommets for Drainage

The six grommets on the bag's backside allow water to quickly drain away when it's washed or left out in the snow or rain.

Reviews

Zipper

"I used this for 6 days and the zipper broke. The tab on the zipper broke off. Now it is so hard to try to open and close. I stopped using it. I read the reviews and there were some that were not so good about the zipper failing. Then I read the ad and it said New improved so I took it to gamble. It didn’t work out."

Great for pasture

"This is well made and easy to use. It is a little too big for use in my stalls. I need to get the smaller one for that. I do like how it entertains my busy horse in the pasture."

Alice K. (5/5)

Our horse is taking advantage

"Our horse is taking advantage of eating in a more natural position as opposed to a hanging hay bag. He at least gets to feel like he is grazing in his dry lot."

STEPHEN N. (5/5)

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY

"Very poor quality. Kept in my horses 12x12 stall and it was destroyed by him in less than 2 weeks. I wish I could return the other one I bought but I already ripped the tags off."

Jennifer M. (1/5)

Pricey but OK ish

"Quite expensive for what it is but so far has held up to my hangry beast mare."

CHRISTINE M. (3/5)

Large hay net

"I purchased two of these for my herd of 5 horses. I wanted to see how waterproof they were, and if they could keep sand out of it. They were a big success! I will be buying more."

Monique B. (5/5)

Hay Bag

"I bought two of these hay bags and within a few uses the zippers broke. They have metal drainage holes on the bottom and those also became a hazard when they started poking out rather than laying flat to the hay bag."

Natalie V. (1/5)

Finally what I was looking for

"For a long time I was looking in the style of a hay pillow, but sturdy, large enough and at a reasonable price. I was pleasantly surprise by the size of the hay bag, bigger than expected. It is well made. Only down size is to be careful if the weather is colder, the material could crack a little. Otherwise all in all very happy!"

Marie-Philip C. (4/5)

Pacing problem solved!

"I purchased 3 of these for my horse who has been pacing up and down the fence line. I stuff them in the afternoon and put around the pasture in different places. I’ve had no problems with the zippers. If I overstuff it, it is a little trickier to close but these are well made and even the donkey loves it. They have bins of loose hay but prefer these. I also purchased the jolly treat balls and hung them around with the hangers and hooks. To have the pacing solved is worth every penny. It was boredom!"

Jennifer S. (5/5)

I love you ALL and

"I love you ALL and have for many years. This past Dec. I had to PTS my last Arabian so after 58 years I am horseless. It's a tremendous adjustment. With my age, I don't expect to have another horse. BUT I will always Rec you. Thanks for all the great memories."
