Love this - even fits my OTTB

Initially bought this as a work saddle for a QH, and it fit him nicely. Used it at local shows as well because it is very comfortable. I recently got an OTTB with a very tall, narrow withers and for some reason, this is the only saddle that fits him properly. I do use a wither built-up pad for him, but he is very happy and willing to stretch out when I'm using this saddle. I've had it for about 2 years now and it is still in excellent condition. Great for trail rides too, because the seat is well padded and very comfortable. The fenders are pretty flexible which is nice, because it doesn't give me knee pain no matter how long I am riding.

Light saddle, amazing fit

Had this saddle for ten years and it has finally fallen apart. It fits my bull dog build foundation quarter horse mare perfectly. There are some cheap fittings that I have replaced with higher quality. It's really light so great if you are working multiple young horses. Rough out keeps you stuck on. Wish it had a rear cinch. Very comfortable seat for long rides.

This saddle looked great....however that's the only good thing about it. Cheap construction and didn't fit any horse I put it on, it wouldn't even sit straight on their backs!

I'm a trainer and was looking for a low cost work saddle. This is a nice, lightweight trainer which is great for those youngsters & smaller horses. My only complaint is that I purchased both a 16" and a 15" and the gullets are not the same?? Really wish the gullet was the same on the 15" as it is on the 16", I would be able to use it on more horses.

Yes it does. I used the rings on the back flipped forward towards the head of the horse and it worked fine

The horn is 2" high. The fenders should shorten up enough to fit riders with a minimum of a 27" inseam.

Can anyone tell me if the fenders swing forward easily, I am used to reining saddles.

This is more of a work type saddle and they may not move as far forward as a reining saddle, but the fenders do in fact move easily for the purpose it was intended for.

How well would this fit a (bigger) Arab? He is not as petite as a 14h "classic" Arab, but obviously not as big as a quarter horse

This saddle may not fit a 'bigger' Arab. This saddle has a semi QH bar that measures about 6 ¾" and may be too narrow to fit this particular horse.

I am riding a paint with this saddle, the mare is not as big as some paints but it fits her very nicely. I just rode in my saddle for the first time the other day. Is super comfortable for a saddle that has not been broke in. The mare seems very happy in the saddle too. Sent from my iPad

What is the shortest stirrup length the 17 in saddle have? I have short little legs and if I buy it and the stirrups don't work shipping free?

The stirrups should fit with 28" inseam. If the saddle doesn't fit you or the horse you have 10 days to contact us to pick up the saddle.
