Used for lunging. Took a while to figure out all the snaps and how to use it. Would be helpful to have a picture in the package with the product, showing it on the horse.

Comments about Dura-Tech® European Balancing Side Reins:

Head and shoulders above regular side reins. My horse is rounder and more collected than with reg side reins. This is my 2nd order from you based on my trainers recommendations and both times I could not believe how great your product was.

The idea behind these are great and I was so excited to try them; however, they were way too big. I have a 15.2 Arabian mare. I would buy again if they offered smaller sizes! I was buying them to use will lunging my horse before I ride her to help warm her up.

I use the Duratech European Balancing Side Reins to help balance my horse while lunging to build up his top line. I have seen these side reins help so many horses build up their top line as well as learning self balance. Excellent tool for training. Highly recommend.

I think they might be too long for a pony. I tried them on a 15.1 horse with a long neck and had a hard time getting them short enough to do any good. Also it would be nice if those reins came with some instructions. So many snaps etc, it was hard to figure out what went where.

They may be too long for a pony. It all depends on how big/small the pony is.

These might fit your pony but they might be too long. I bought these originally for my 17.3 warmblood and they for her just fine. I also used them for an Arabian and there was plenty of room to shorten and lengthen for him as well.
