Key benefits

Slow Feed Design Top and Front Panel

Made with our 2.5" slow feed spacing on front and top lid to help promote a slower, more natural feeding consumption. Lid will drop down further as horse eats over time to access hay underneath. Left and right stand-up bars are used to prevent lid from tilting over. They are plastic capped for safety. We would recommend placing a slit tennis ball over the top during use if you are concerned at all with corner stabilizing rods based on your horse's demeanor.

Large Capacity

This rack can comfortably fit 6-8 flakes of hay or more, depending on their size, with full lid use. It can even function properly with as little as one flake.

Easy Assembly and Attachment

This hay rack comes with simple assembly and mounting hardware. Just slide and attach the two front panels together, add the flat floor plate, screw in the vertical stabilizing rods, and mount it in the corner of the stall.

Wouldn’t purchase again.

"I loved the idea of these corner feeders. I purchased them without the lids, because I didn’t need a slow feeder as much as I needed something to keep the hay in a corner. I bought three One of them showed up and did not hinge together properly. My husband had to drill it out. And then all three of them provided screws that went through the 2 x 6 standard plywood of a stall So there are screws popped through the wood on the other side of the stall. As far as attaching to the ground goes. If you have concrete, I guess you can drill and put those screws in. Otherwise, you need longer screws to get several inches down in the dirt. Overall, just a bad purchase for me. Now before someone asks, I did not call the company back and explain all this. By the time I got my Barn up - they were just too cumbersome and the company would’ve charged me to send them back(I have experience with this in the past) so they made $400 off of me. But I won’t purchase anything else. I’m not angry about it, I just wish the hardware would’ve fit better and an average stall, and the product would have been quality assured a little better."

Hay feeders

"These have been some of the best hay feeders we have ever had! They hold enough hay to last all night when horses have to stay in for bad weather. We love that they slow the pace of their eating, keep the hay contained, and hold enough for us to be able to feed truly free choice hay!"

Beautiful product but…

"These are beautiful and match the black metal touches in our barn. However it is impossible to attach these to the stalls due to a metal strip in our stalls. It would be great to have instructions and some detail prior to ordering. They are expensive to send back so we will have a carpenter build a platform to allow us to use."

"It is working great for my mini donkeys."

I love this but…if I

"I love this but…if I reorder, it will be without the slow feeder top. Just backward to maneuver and the paint is chipping off the bats. I’m afraid the horses are ingesting it!"

The concept is good, but

"The concept is good, but my son had to re-weld some of the brackets. , and a few of the verticle braces have bent. I’d say they need to improve the quality, but I do love that my horse is eating from the floor; a more natural position."

Good, but

"I’m pretty happy with this. That said, a few things should be fixed. The plastic rings that attach to the lid came undone whithin seconds of first use, and they had some scratchy edges. I’ve taped them, which should do the trick, but really, that shouldn’t be necessary. We had a bit of an issue installing the feeder, but that was because of how the stall wall was and he were able to address that issue by adding a board to one side. I expect some stratches over time. Other than that, it looks sturdy and it holds a tone of hay. Keeps the stall clean and seems to slow consumption more than the hay net she had previously (which, in her case, is great). Would buy again."

I didn’t realize when I

"I didn’t realize when I purchased this item that it wouldn’t work with my stall properly because there is a 6x6 post on the inside of the corner. We had to retrofit the stall by building it out to make this hay rack work properly. For the price of this product, I expected better quality too, there are a few places where the metal is thin and barely welded, the support bars come loose easily, the plastic bushings fall off, I feel the posts that stick up to keep the lid on are unsafe for horses and could poke them in the eye, and the bracket to secure to the wall bends easily. I would not spend hundreds of dollars on this if I knew is was made so cheaply. I don’t expect the rack to last for years and years with the weak construction. Also horses can find a way to remove the lid. Great concept but the engineering is not well developed and materials are cheap."

Great time saver!

"I've now been using this corner hay rack for almost 2 months. It's been working out very well, it's very sturdy, doesn't take up a lot of room, and it holds quite a bit of hay. I only have to fill it up every so often. It definitely saves on time on having to fill hay bags."
