How we think
about partnership

Sponsorship runs both ways.

We back people and events that match the way we work: specific, durable, and respectful of the horse. That means we keep this program small enough to give each partner real attention — and structured enough that you'll know where you stand at every step.

Invite-only · Multi-year

Working professionals competing at the upper levels of English or Western disciplines, where Schneiders gear is part of how you train and show.

You bring
Performance at the national or international level. A body of work that travels — clinics, content, media. Willingness to give us product feedback during development.
We bring
Multi-year agreement, defined annual gear allowance, joint content production, event support, and a dedicated point of contact.

Event & Organization Sponsorship

Year-round · 90-day minimum lead

Horse shows, clinics, breed associations, riding clubs, scholastic teams (IEA, IHSA, IDA), and venues. Major federation events and regional grassroots shows both welcome.

You bring
A defined event or season, an attendee population that includes horse owners, and a willingness to share marketing assets — signage, mailing list access, social mentions, on-site presence.
We bring
Cash sponsorship, product prizes, on-site presence where appropriate, and class-naming or trophy sponsorship for qualifying events.
How to start
Submit the form at least 90 days before your event. For sponsorship over $5,000, a full proposal is requested after initial review.

Custom Horse Show Awards

Year-round · 10% off branded products

Custom embroidery, laser engraving, screen printing, CAD-cut vinyl, custom silver, and vinyl stickers — across blankets, halters, saddles, hat cans, grooming boxes, and more. For event organizers commemorating a job well done.

You bring
A defined event, a logo or design (we'll digitize if needed), and ideally 4–6 weeks lead time. Tighter timelines workable on request.
We bring
10% off all Schneiders branded products for your awards order, free shipping (oversize charges still apply on very large items), and hands-on application support across every customization technique.

How we decide.

A real person reads every application.

Not a screening algorithm, not a form-letter response. We commit to replying within 30 days, even when the answer is no.

Fit beats follower count.

The ambassadors and athletes we work with use our gear because it solves a problem for their horse — not because they're building an audience around it.

A "no" today isn't a "no" forever.

Many of our longest-running partners applied more than once. We keep applications on file for 12 months, and circumstances change.

Common questions.

Is the gear paid or gifted?

Gifted in exchange for the commitments in your agreement. Sponsored Athletes have a defined annual gear budget.

How long does an awards order take?

We like to have 4–6 weeks to process awards orders. Tighter timelines are workable on request — reach out and we'll tell you what's realistic for your event date.

Can you embroider, screen print, or engrave a logo?

Yes — embroidery, screen printing (12-piece minimum), laser engraving on leather and brass plates, and CAD-cut heat-transfer vinyl for plastic, metal, and rubber. Send your logo in high-resolution vector or JPEG and we'll quote setup and per-piece pricing.

My event is small. Are we too small to apply?

No. We sponsor local clubs and grassroots shows alongside national federation events. The form is the same regardless of size.

What happens if I'm not selected?

Your application stays on file for 12 months, and you can apply again the next cycle. We'll let you know either way within 30 days.
