Insta-Hot® Pro Portable Horse Washing System with Cart

Features a LED screen to track water temperature along with adjustable push-in-lock knobs to set water temp and gas pressure. The safety tilt switch ensures shutoff if the unit tips from a standard position along with an automatic safety shutoff after 20 minutes of non-use.

Setup is quick and hassle-free. Operation is simple. Simply attach a hose from the incoming water source, start the battery igniter (batteries not included), and have hot water instantly. Control knobs regulate water temperature and flow. Select single or double burner for a wider temperature range depending on the amount of propane used.

The Insta-Hot® Pro cart features a safety design that stabilizes the propane tank with a recessed holder within the cart's base. The cart allows you to easily move the unit to and from your horse trailer or barn, and while away at shows or hitting the trail. The unit takes up little space in the tack room or wash stall. Use at home in the barn, at horse shows, garage, shed, or the camper, wherever and whenever needed. The cart features 8" solid all-terrain wheels. This cart fits our Insta-Hot® 2 unit as well as our Insta-Hot® Pro unit and comes adjusted to the Insta-Hot® 2 dimensions. To adjust to the Insta-Hot® Pro unit dimensions, simply remove the screws on the bottom peg bar to the frame and move down to the lowest setting and re-attach the screws.

Needs a minimum of 20 PSI water pressure to run. Safety tilt feature will not allow the unit to ignite if the unit is not 100% upright. Requires (4) AA batteries (not included). The unit should be stored in a dry and protected environment when not in use, drained completely and lines blown out before being exposed to freezing temperatures.

Removable drain valve comes in handy to avoid water pipe and regulator damage caused by freezing weather. Includes: Insta-Hot® Pro unit, gas regulator line, 25' hose with brass nozzle, universal brass couplers, plumbers tape, wall mount plugs and easy-to-follow instructions.

Operates off any standard 20lb propane tank for up to 18 hours of use. Propane tank not included.

This warranty takes effect on the date of installation of the product or 30 days after the date of purchase, whichever occurs first, and is effective until the specified anniversary of such date as follows: Item period of coverge: heat exchanger 2 years, all other parts 2 years, included accessories (shower head, hose, regulator, etc. 30 days). Warranty is void if left fully undrained and if pipes freeze and crack.
