"I bought this for my young quarter horse mare. She was doing well under saddle with conventional cinches in all her early training. I have a really well fitting saddle and custom made pad for her. When we started to work on more advanced skills -circles, spins, rollbacks she did well but didn't have the response and willingness she had shown in our earlier training. I watched some video of her under saddle and noticed that when she would turn in her elbow seemed to "pinch" the skin against the cinch. I ride with a TSF Girth on my big warmblood for different reasons and it made a big difference with the freedom of his shoulder movement. I decided why not try this western version and see if my little mare felt more comfortable. Can't hurt right? Wow - first ride she was more relaxed at all gaits and turned each way, even tighter turns with greater relaxation and willingness. Her head and neck became more soft and relaxed. So I think it helped a lot Not going back."
Not a good fit for my horse
"I use this brand for my dressage saddle but it didn’t work for my horse for western. Wish I could return it. Unfortunately you have to use them to know if they will work. Recommend sticking with a traditional western cinch."

"I love this cinch! It is very sturdy yet comfortable for my horses. The cinch allows breathing room for my horses, but fits snug enough to allow me to climb onto my horses from the ground with no saddle slippage. The cinch is shaped to allow elbow relief and plenty of support under the chest. The cinch is a very good investment to keep your horses calm and happy even when tightening the cinch."
My horse loves this girth!
"My horse loves this girth! Being built downhill her saddle like to move forward a touch and it’s just enough to make her uncomfortable. This girth does an amazing job of helping keep the saddle in place and gives a bunch of room for shoulder movement increasing her comfort! I personally love the Velcro backing that allows for easy cleaning. Great product!"

"I would give 5 stars, but the buckle is not user friendly. I change cinches for every horse I ride and these buckles are not designed for easy, quick changes. That said, the design of the cinch is perfect for freedom of movement and I noticed a difference immediately in my horses stride. I also appreciate the removability of the neoprene. I like to rinse it off after each use and that is easily accomplished. Overall the quality is good and I expect it to hold up well."
