"Putting aside the fact that this is the only viable option for a hunt cap I have been able to find, I honestly really do like this model. It is super light weight on your head and fits true to size, and hasn't faded or gotten dull in the years that I've owned it. I have been using hair wax for my show bun this past season, and I've actually found that it helps with making this cap feel even more secure. It's definitely on par with other velvet headwear in that it can appear "crushed" in a spot if too much pressure is applied to it. I've kept it in a fleece-lined helmet bag (also from Schneiders) and that has kept it in great condition."
