"It seems to be fine, but, if I were making it myself, I would sew a small strip of loop on the end of the hook portions of the Velcro. This way they can be folded back on themselves and not catch and pill the Lycra fabric. Not only that, it saves time and aggravation."

"I bought this slicker for my gigantic warmblood gelding. The full zipper opening makes it so much easier to get it on him vs trying to pull in on with his head going through an opening. This is my 2nd full zip slicker. The first on fit great, quality material, but the zipper failed. Fingers crossed it won’t happen to this one!"

"This is an okay slicker. I use it at shows to keep the braids in overnight. My only complaints are: 1. It is a little warm - wish the fabric was a bit lighter so it my horse could stay cooler. 2. The zipper can be a bit tough to work and I'm not sure how long it will stay working."
