"Basically unusable. Moves all over and there's nothing to strap it down. It slides off one side or other of the horse's back. The Velcro doesn't work well to keep it from sliding back or to the side. There's a literal shoe lace under the tail and nothing else securing it. I've put it over and under my legs with moderate to severe slippage with both, but haven't tried putting it under the saddle pad, which I feel like would be a bad idea and might rub your horse. If the wind blows, you get wings so your horse better not be spooky. Don't even think about going faster than a walk. Shipping and delivery was fast and service was good."
