"The back riser section is thick, but the front section is a bit thicker than I wanted, and doesn’t work under saddles at the shoulder for my wide horses because it adds too much bulk. Also, the width of the pad at the back is narrower than the back of my Wintec saddle, so it seems like the pressure of the saddle gets concentrated under that narrow pad base and my horses didn’t like that. The pad is well made, but the front needs to be thinner and the back needs to be wider to work for me."

"Terrible company. Didn't send my item for over 5 months so I ordered one from somewhere else. Had forgotten about this one, did not receive any correspondents regarding the back ordered item shipping. Not only did they not refund me the total purchase price, they charged me $10 to send it back. Terrible service. Highly do not recommend"
