"Well, what can I say? Thank you! My rescue OTTB suffered a chronic injury. He will forever need a shoe boil boot to stay healthy. Thank you to Schneider's for having what we need. As you can see, we will be needing alot of them. This one held up to his shanagins, biting, for over a month. Lol"

"I haven't use this new one yet (hence 4 stars not 5) but I know from experience these types of boots do work to prevent shoe boils. My horse has had a shoe boil which in the past turns into cellulitis. I have a smaller boot he wears daily but I wanted to get one of these to have on hand in case it gets bad again. The only downside is that it would need to be removed for turnout. . . personally I wouldn't leave it on but maybe some people do. Glad to have it just in case I need it!"

"My original boot was quite old and lost its shape, therefore my gelding would step on it at times. Not good. Was very happy to find this as it looked like it had a nice, sturdy shape. I did add a hole to the strap as I wanted it to sit alittle higher, therefore tighter."
