Well made
"This product is well made and fits a variety of horses. The chains are a good length and can be adjusted with tools. They helped stop my mare from kicking her stall. After wearing them for a month, she no longer wears them and is much more peaceful in her stall. I now use them on any of the horses that are kicking their stall and they work in seconds."
Not sure about the effectiveness
"I have a pony that kicks all night in the stall. He even pops screws and boards out he kicks so hard. It was hard to gauge the effectiveness of these. I thought I heard less kicking but did not see enough improvement to make him wear them all night, every night. He had some swelling in the pastern after wearing these also."
Did the trick!
"I have a food aggressive thoroughbred that would kick down my stall walls come feeding time. It was miserable. No horse wanted to be stalled next to his kind of crazy. At a loss, I purchased these chains, one per leg, and the kicking has stopped!! It's wonderful not having to worry about the damage he's putting on his legs! The only problem I've had is that the fuzzy padding likes to slide around and on top of the buckle. Not a big deal, but sometimes it takes a second to spin it around when you have to take it off. (On a side note, if anybody has any ideas on getting a horse to stop body slamming water buckets because he can't kick the walls, I'm all ears. )"
Kick chains work well
"Gelding was knocking hind shoes off when kicking stall wall ""defending"" his hay pile from neighbor. Addition of kick chains resolved kicking problem. These chains are easy to put on and stay on well. Fleece covers collect shavings, but horse doesn't have any rubs from cuffs. Did have to reattach one chain after horse somehow separated chain from cuff. Overall happy with product for price; would purchase again."

"Thankfully these kick chains are long enough to stop the kicking but soft and fuzzy enough to not chafe my horse's legs. The barn is quiet at mealtimes now!"
