Buy the heavier ones.
"REALLY Disappointed. I usually like Schneider's stuff, but this is by far the first thing I have purchased that I am not happy with. These are so thin and stretchy that they are pretty useless. I bought them when they were on sale and should have known better. Buy the heavier ones. You'll be happier. These will not provide the support you want. I washed them right out of the package and rolled them when they dried and they are just not going to make it. I might not even use them now."

Failed before first ride.
"I bought these because they have nice wide Velcro. Drove 2hrs out of my way to buy them. Washed them, rolled them, and the first time I went to use it, the stitching holding the Velcro on fell out! Not even used yet. There is only one single line of stitching in 2 places- not even connected or reinforced. Quite disappointed. The ones I purchased many years ago from Schneiders are still in use but the Velcro is getting too fluffy to stay secure so I thought I should replace them, but now that will have to happen once I find someone to re-stitch the brand new ones."
