Schneiders® Easy-Up® 22" Utility Hook

The Schneiders Easy-Up Utility Hook is available in four different lengths: 4", 8", 16", and 22". This variety of sizes allows you to choose the right hook for your specific stable setup, whether you need a compact option or something longer for reaching across stall fronts or trailer walls.

While many customers successfully hang these hooks over stall walls and doors, one reviewer noted that the top thickness may be too wide to fit over some door frames while still allowing the door to close properly. We recommend measuring your door thickness before ordering to ensure a good fit for your setup.

These versatile hooks work great for hanging halters, bridles, buckets, horse blankets, sheets, feed bags, and tack bags. Customers report using them in barns, stalls, trailers, and anywhere else you need portable storage without permanent installation—making them perfect for boarders or those with temporary needs.

Yes, the 22" model features two different hanging hook sizes: one end has a 1¾" wide hook and the other end has a 2¼" wide hook. This dual-width design lets you accommodate different items or railing sizes on the same hook, adding flexibility to how you use it.

Yes, customers consistently praise these hooks for their durability and quality construction. They're backed by a 5-Year Easy-Up Warranty against breakage, and reviewers report they hold blankets and gear securely without sharp edges that could damage your equipment.

The Easy-Up Hook features a square design, which works best on square or flat surfaces like wooden stall frames and walls. One customer noted that the square design doesn't accommodate round steel piping, so if your stalls are framed with round pipe, this may not be the best fit for that application.

Absolutely—customers specifically recommend these hooks for trailers, using them to hang bridle bags, feed bags, and gear at convenient heights. They're particularly useful if your trailer's built-in hooks are out of reach or in inconvenient locations.

The Easy-Up Hook is ideal for boarders because it's portable and requires no permanent installation or drilling. You can hang it over any wall or railing to keep blankets, bridles, and equipment organized and off the floor without needing permission to modify the facility—and you can take it with you when you leave.
