Easy-Up® Metal Horse Stall Chew Guard Cap Style

The Easy-Up Metal Horse Stall Chew Guard Cap Style is designed to fit over 2-inch stall walls. Each cap is 36 inches long and features a U-channel shape that slides directly over the top edge of your stall wall to protect it from chewing damage.

Installation is straightforward—the one-piece metal cap slides over the top of your 2-inch stall wall, and mounting hardware is included with your purchase. The staggered mounting holes allow you to secure it firmly to your stall structure, and you can buy multiple caps to protect your entire stall size.

The cap features a black powder-coated finish designed to resist corrosion in barn environments. However, the 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects does not cover rust, so proper ventilation and periodic cleaning in humid barns can help extend its lifespan.

Many horses chew on wood stall walls out of boredom, stress, or habit, which can cause expensive structural damage to your barn. A metal chew guard cap protects your stall walls from this destructive behavior while keeping your horse safe from splinters and injury.

Since each cap is 36 inches long, you'll need to measure the length of your stall walls and purchase multiples accordingly. For example, a standard 12-foot stall wall would require multiple caps purchased individually to provide full coverage.

The Easy-Up Metal Horse Stall Chew Guard Cap comes with a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects, giving you long-term protection on your investment. Keep in mind that the warranty does not cover rust damage, so maintenance in wet or humid barn conditions is recommended.
