LeMieux® Kudos Bridge Breastplate with Running Martingale Attachment

The Kudos features a swept-back bridge design that clears your horse's shoulders, allowing for greater freedom of movement compared to standard breastplates. This anatomical shaping is especially beneficial during active rides and jumping, as it prevents restriction while still keeping your saddle securely in place.

Yes, the Kudos Bridge Breastplate includes detachable running martingale rings, so you can easily attach a running martingale when needed for schooling or training. The rings are removable, giving you flexibility to use the breastplate with or without the martingale depending on your discipline.

The breastplate features padding at the chest and wither areas to protect sensitive zones and prevent rubbing. It also has multiple adjustment points throughout, allowing you to customize the fit to your individual horse's build and preferences for both comfort and security.

Absolutely—the LeMieux Kudos is designed as a versatile piece that works equally well for everyday schooling and competition. Its reliable construction and thoughtful design make it a trusted choice for riders who want one quality breastplate that performs across different riding situations.

The included detachable girth strap adds extra security by connecting the breastplate directly to your girth, preventing any unwanted movement of the breastplate during active work. This feature is particularly useful for horses that tend to move freely or when you want maximum stability.

While specific material composition isn't detailed, the LeMieux Kudos is built to withstand active use with quality padding and construction. Like most leather tack, regular cleaning and conditioning will help maintain its appearance and longevity over time.
