How to Measure a Horse for a Blanket
The most accurate and easiest way to determine your horse’s blanket size is to measure along the side of their body, from chest to tail. First, stand the horse square on a flat surface. Measure from the center of the chest, straight back to the very edge of the tail. Make sure to measure along the widest part of their shoulder and hindquarters. The number of inches measured in this way is your horse’s size. Look on the size chart for any Schneiders blanket for this number of inches to order your horse’s perfect size.

"Your blanket is amazing, it is the first time he has not ripped it. I have tried so many different brands and they all rip. I am so so happy with your blanket. The quality is amazing. Reasonable price. Thank you for making a quality product."
"GREAT fit, well built, my new favorite!"
"Great quality, quick shipping. Fits perfect!"
"Schneider's excellent quality. Fit runs a little large. Sturdy hardware and straps. Like the Fleece at shoulder, prevents rubbing. Horses look good in Navy Blue as one is a Palomino and the other Paint. Gives them the "First Place Look. " Reasonably priced with quality."
"Only reason it’s a 4 star bec the back hind leg straps weren’t very long"
"Excellent quality turnout for the economy-level pricing - these sheets fit all but my narrowest horses, plenty of drop length and good tail flap coverage. The velcro placement on the front chest flaps is a little odd - it's basically useless unless you're using the very shortest notch on the chest buckles, but that's not unique to this blanket LOL overall great quality for the price point."
"Worked very well for the long hard Downeast Maine winter this year; heavy wet snow and wind. Stuart the mini donkey really appreciated it."
"the sheet itself is super. But like so many other reviews. I have to agree that the cheap snaps in the front closure make me worry about the horse's safety. That is, I am concerned that they will break when they lie down a/o roll with the sheet on."
"The blanket has held up great and stayed in place with my mare who rolls all of the time. My only complaint is the belly straps were really long even though I shortened them up all the way. I have had to modify the straps in order to make them safely fit."
"Always find great blankets and goodies for my equine babies"
