A hay net that holds itself open while you fill it

A stiffened top rim stays open for loading, then the sides push together and hook-and-loop closes it. Soft knotless poly with 1¼-inch squares slows the meal. Two sizes: 2 flakes, or 3 to 4.

Filling a hay net should not take two people. This one has a stiffened rim that stays open while you drop the flakes in; push the sides together and the hook-and-loop inside closes it. Then your horse takes over, pulling hay through 1¼-inch squares a few strands at a time, so a stalled horse has something in front of it for more of the day.
