Schneiders® Offset D Ring Twisted Sweet Iron Snaffle Bit

Recommened for horses that are heavy on the hands in a snaffle but not ready to move up to a curb bit. This is also a great training bit for everyday use. Snaffles apply direct pressure meaning the amount of pressure you apply to the bit is the amount of pressure the horse will feel. Pressure is applied directly to the tongue and jaw when both reins are pulled or on the side of the face when using one rein at a time. Snaffles apply and release pressure much faster than a curb bit but does not apply as much total pressure making snaffles a wonderful training bit.
