Horseware Ireland – Two Year Product Warranty Guide
Horseware Ireland North America offers a two-year manufacturer’s warranty on eligible products. This warranty confirms Horseware Ireland product(s) are free of workmanship and material defects for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase from an authorized dealer.
What Is Not Covered
This Product Warranty does not cover damage arising from:
- Normal wear and tear
- External forces
- Non-standard use or negligence
- Cosmetic wear
- Improper care or cleaning
- Misuse or abuse
- Undue strain placed on fabric or closures
- Lost or stolen product
This Product Warranty is void if the product has been altered, modified, or repaired by anyone other than Horseware Ireland, or if it has been handled incorrectly within the warranty timeframe.
Replacing Defective Products
If a Horseware product is deemed defective, Horseware Ireland will replace the product with the same style. If that style is not available, Horseware Ireland will replace it with a similar style.
- If the product was purchased at a discount, replacement will be a product of equal value to what was paid.
- If the product was purchased as considered discontinued from an authorized Horseware Ireland retailer, it is not covered under warranty.
- If the product passes inspection and is not deemed defective, it will be returned to you at your expense.
Any replacement product(s) received under a Product Warranty claim is warranted for the remainder of the original two-year warranty period (from the original purchase date).

This Product Warranty operates separately from Horseware Ireland’s extended Turnout Guarantee that exists for select Rambo and Rhino products.

How to Make a Warranty Claim
To make a claim under this Product Warranty, please contact the authorized Horseware retailer you purchased the product from.
If you purchased from Schneiders®, please have the original purchaser contact our team and we will assist you with submitting your claim.
Schneiders Warranty Claim Support
All Product Warranty claims require the following:
- Original proof of purchase from an authorized dealer (dealer and date clearly identifiable)
- Description of the product
- Clear photos showing the entire product
- Clear photos of the damaged area
- Batch Number ID
- Physical shipping address
- Phone number and/or email address
- Explanation of what happened
If Further Evaluation Is Required
In the event your item(s) need further evaluation, Horseware Ireland may require the product(s) to be returned for inspection.
If return is required, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to Horseware Ireland’s local warehouse.
- Products must be clean and dry before sending.
- If the claim is approved, Horseware Ireland will provide replacement as outlined above with freight prepaid.
