"I wanted to love this. It is well made, and would be great if it wasn't cut quite so narrow. I put this on my thoroughbred gelding with a very normal size head and it touched his eyes on both sides. Sadly I wouldn't recommend."

"It will keep bugs off my horses face. It appears bulky when not on the horse but the way it fastens under the jaw certainly keeps bugs from finding a way under the mask, or on his ears. The extendable nose drop will help keep the sun off the pink nose of my horse (he hates sunscreen). However, the nose drop gets dirty really fast. The mesh will hold dirt and debris from their face."

Lovely air flow but not thought out
"Almost everything about this fly mask is perfect. The blue is lovely, the airflow is spectacular, and it's still clear enough to feel comfortable leaving it on at night (I board and can't come out daily). Not to mention, my horse's pink nose is remaining un-sunburnt in the sun. However. . . . why white fleece??? On horses who live outdoors? Needless to say he wore it a total of one day before making that fair fleece disgusting. And while my guy has a typical Appy forelock (which means a few strands of hair at best) I still wish this had a forelock hole. I have to get different flymasks for the arabian mares, because this would be uncomfortable for them. That being said, the flymask is holding up to his shenanigans physically and staying put on his face. I've noticed no sliding around or rubs from it. And it arrived quickly, just in time for the sunny, bug-filled days."
