Easy Up hay rack
"I am very pleased with this purchase. I only ordered one to see if I would like it and it is a very nice hay rack. It is heavy duty and I like the slow feed bars. I will be ordering another one for my other stall."

Offer your horse a more natural way of eating hay while keeping it contained in a hay feeder to utilize slow-feeding benefits without compromising safety. This spacious hay rack can hold up to 4 big flakes of hay while the top lid prevents horses from eating from the top. The 2” spaced bars are for a more natural slow-feeding solution.

"I wasn’t able to use the rack for mare, she needed something that would prevent her from pulling the hay out and dumping it on the ground lol I was very impressed by the wonderful customer service I got from Schneider. They enabled me to return the unit and even had it picked up for me by FedEx I value customer service very high, and I will continue to be a Schneider‘s customer."
"Good looking hay rack that function very well. I have three of these and would recommend them!"
"Installed 3 flat mounted ones and 3 corner ones. Locking mechanism was a joke to my horses and until I found a solution all I heard was banging lids all night long. Easy to install, difficult for horses to get hay at the bottom, especially if it was courser."
"This hay rack is perfect! You can set it at the desired height that works best for your horse. Easy to load and excellent quality. Solved the problem of a a picky eater who likes to spread hay all over her stall!"
"I purchased these for three stalls; two for quarter horses, and one for a mini. Have had them installed for about a month now. They are made of fairly heavy material, were easy to install, and work well. No sharp edges. Knock on wood, so far my accident-prone 3 year old has been safe with hers! The only thing I worry about is the plastic clip that holds the lid shut. To me it seems like with repeat use and temperature changes it will likely break. But, us horse people are a resourceful lot, so if/when that happens I’m sure I’ll come up with a different way to keep it latched. Just a little tip for anyone who hasn’t used this style of feeder before: I have to put the flakes in width wise and not lengthwise so that the horse can pull the hay out through the slats. I’ve noticed when I put them in so the flat side is against the front of the feeder, the horses can only get to about 1/2 the hay."
"Purchased 3 Easy-Up Lg Hay Racks and liked them so much purchased 2 more. While I prefer to feed hay off the ground our horses devour the hay and spread it all over their stalls. This not only wastes hay, but they are easy keepers and really need to eat slower. Have tried hay nets but they get ripped apart and flung against the stall walls. These were easy to assemble and set up. I like the snap down lid so horses can't get faces down into the top. One mare figured out how to "lift" the top up, so I had to come up with a way to tie it down on hers. It will hold 4 flakes of hay but I have found I have to separate the flakes and pull hay through the bars so they can get started on eating the hay. Have been using them for 3 weeks now and can see a difference in a couple of the horses already."
