Schneiders® Easy-Up® Pro Corner Floor Hay Rack with Lid

Overview

Promote a Natural Slow Feed Way of Eating

With this slow-feeding corner hay rack, you’ll promote a healthier, more natural eating pace for your horse. Built from extremely durable materials, it’s designed to handle even the heaviest eaters. The 1.75” spaced bars provide the ultimate slow-feed solution, comfortably holding 6–8 flakes for daily, uninterrupted grazing.

For best results, this rack is designed to be mounted flush on the ground of the stall. Mounting it raised can cause improper use and lead to product failure. To ensure longevity and proper function, always install so the base sits securely on the floor

  • Constructed from 3/4" tubing construction
  • Dimensions: 30"H x 42 1/2"W front panel w/ 27 ½" x 27 ½" lid
  • Bars are spaced 1.75" apart
  • Hold (6-8) large flakes
  • 7-year warranty

Key benefits

A Durable Hay Rack

Constructed from heavy-duty ¾" tubing with a 1" tubing rim in our Gray Armor Rust-Resistant Finish, this hay rack is built to withstand daily use and abuse, making it a long-lasting investment.

A Slow Feed Design to Promote Health

This rack is made with slow feed 1.75" bar spacing around the rack and on the top lid to help promote a more natural slow-feed eating regime for your horse. It’s great for overall health, less work for you or your feeding teams, less hay waste overall, and perfect for reducing boredom within the stalls.

Large Capacity and a Floating Lid

Our unique floating lid design allows the lid to continue dropping while the horse eats, so the slow feed feature is always in play while in use. This rack will hold between 6-8 flakes of hay at a time but can be used with as little as one flake at a time.

Easy to Assemble and Mount

The rack comes with simple assembly and mounting hardware. All you have to do is slide and attach two front panels together, add the flat floor plate, and screw in the vertical stabilizing rods, then mount to the corner of the stall.

7-Year Warranty

The durable hay rack includes our gray armor rust-resistant finish to prolong the life of the rack and comes with an industry-leading 7-year warranty against manufacturer defects.

Not easy to install

"This product is very thick and sturdy. This is had to install unless you have wood walls on both sides. The grate is borderline too thick for my horse to pull hay out. I bought the smallest opening. I’m not sure I would buy it again."

Waited way too long to purchase this.

"I kept trying different solutions for hay - hay nets, wall racks, DIY feeders, since these are pricey. I finally broke down and bought it and wish I would have just purchased from the start. The difference it’s made in my mares stalls is incredible. No mess, no wasted hay, no eating from funky angles. And best yet - it was super easy to install!!"

Amazing quality, durability and complete slow feed

"This is the most durable hay rack I've ever seen. . . I love the floating lid that slowly lowers down as the horse eats, plus the slow feed bars are the perfect size to keep my horses busy all day. You can put in however much or little hay as you like and it works the same either way. Super simple to assembly and mount in my stall. This rack is going to last forever and save me so much hay waste. . . . love it!"

Bringing healing to broken families.

"Hello my name is Wendy Weaver from Kingman AZ, and I would like to say that I am very grateful to have found this well made product for my horse. Last year I rescued an eight year old Quarter Horse/Arabian Gelding who was neglected and abused and suffers with anxiety from his past, especially at feeding time due to poor teeth management. Since I live in the desert, turning my horses out to pasture to graze all day is not possible. Knowing that in order to decrease his stress level having a feeder that he can graze from would help reduce his anxiety. So I began searching for durable slow feeders that could hold a large amount of hay, be mounted safely low to the ground for a more natural and much longer grazing type experience, and one that would not take up too much space. I have to say I can’t thank you enough for making this feeder. I am so glad I found it online because it is exactly what I was looking for. I like it so much that I would love to be able to have one for my senior retired barrel racing mare. For I own a non-profit program that helps put families back together where men and women learn to live clean and sober. My little farm is a very special place for children who are in foster care to have visitation with their parents. Families get to spend time together while they enjoy the animals in a safe and friendly environment as healing of their hearts happens. Should you choose to select me for the $500 prize I would be overjoyed to be able to afford to purchase another slow feeder from you for my mare. Thank you again for making such a great product and for considering me and my ministry. Blessings, Wendy"
