Makes feeding the minis so much easier.
"Have gone through countless hay bags through the years as the minis tear at them, swing them around, rip them, etc. Mounted two of these easy to assemble racks low on the wall of the run-in shed used my three mini horses. These feeders are the best: Just lift the lid to fill them, shake the hay out, and that's it. Shaking the hay out gets it loose enough for the minis to pull through the bars. Limited waste. One big flake fills the rack up. Perfect."

"I didn't know they made these! It stops my horses from eating out of the top like a trough so they eat their hay at a slower, more natural pace. If you have a smart horse (thankfully I don't) they'll be able to figure this out and pop it open."

"We have a 17h warm blood who takes all his hay out of the rack and then eats it on the floor! A lot of waste is incurred! With the cover installed in hiss hay rack he is unable to do that and he has more hay to eat that was not damaged from walking on it! The top does not fit securely but we attached our own snap to hold it closed."
