"UPDATED review (as I could not edit my original). My first bag arrived broken, however Schneider’s customer service has been lovely and has offered to send me a new one. Super easy process and quite fast. Haven’t received it yet, but I have full confidence it will be perfect. Besides the broken snaps on my first bag, the actual bag itself is fantastic. I have multiple Schneider’s bridle bags and always good quality but the fleece lining is really a home run. Thank you, Schneider’s"
