Key benefits

Durable, Breathable, and Protective Fabric

These fly boots are made from our most durable 1000D heavy poly/vinyl Dura-Mesh fabric that provides the best airflow due to the open weave of the boots and 70% UV protection. The fabric offers insect protection that is best at protecting your horse from medium to large-sized flies, such as deer flies, greenheads, and horse flies.

Everything You Need to Know About Fly Boots

A Tapered, Cone-Shaped Design That Deters Flies

Works well!

"Bugs are really bad this spring and summer in Louisiana with this rain and heat. These boots were on sale and less than the name other similar name brand so I’m giving them a try. So far a month in, these boots are holding up and keeping the bugs of my girls legs. Really good product."

Rebecca (5/5)

Good!

"They fit really well. they are a tad taller than some others I have tried. Shipping was just as they said it would be. The quality seems good but I’m waiting to see how they hold up. I think I’m already seeing some wear and tear and I’ve only had them about a month so I’m just not sure on that. I typically get a whole season out of other brands I have purchased."

Quality Boots, Great Air Flow, Stops Stomping

"I've been really happy with these fly boots. They fit my horse well (15. 1 H Quarter Horse), stay in place during turnout, and don't seem to rub at all. The mesh is sturdy but still lets plenty of air through, which is great in the summer heat, especially here in Florida. The biggest difference I've noticed is that my horse isn't constantly stomping at flies anymore so it helps with damage to his feet. They've held up well to everyday use and still look great after several weeks and the reflective strips make it easy to find him at night. Overall, these are a quality pair of fly boots that do exactly what they're supposed to do. I'd definitely buy them again and have recommended them to several of my friends."

DONNA K. (5/5)

Fly boots work really well

"I like the fact they went on sale because they are not cheap. But they work. I just wish my horses wouldn't keep pulling them off each other. They take a beating. The first set I ever bought were ruined within a couple of weeks, but Schneiders sent me new ones to replace the bad ones. I have washed them also. I will keep using these and buying when they go on sale."

JILL T. (5/5)

I was really hopeful when

"I was really hopeful when I got these they seem to be made really well. But after a month they are falling down. I think the support pieces just need to be stiffer. I have used them for a little over a month in stall and small dirt turnout."

Kathryn H. (5/5)

These are great!

"Love the quality and they stay upright which is wonderful. I'd suggest getting a second set to rotate through because the bottom has a fleece cover and stay saturated very easily. Otherwise, excellent purchase and I'd say on par or even better than Shoo Flys"

Renee L. (5/5)

I was skeptical, Ive tried

"I was skeptical, Ive tried many and many have been a fail other than the “competitors” boots. We are only a month in but they are holding up well, the Velcro is still tight and they don’t sag. I also like the reflective feature, easier to see at night on the cameras or while we are camping. I’d buy again when I need to replace the others."

Alaina H. (5/5)

Fly Boots

"These are my go to favorite fly boots. They last two summers here in Ohio. Large fits the TBs and medium fits the smaller horses perfectly."

Margaret S. (5/5)

Love these

"These work so well. My horses are no longer stomping and they stay up."

Janice L. (5/5)

Didn’t last long

"Seemed pretty sturdy, but the plastic backing is already coming out after only 3 weeks."
