Works well and better than

"Works well and better than other muzzles I’ve tried from my pasture horse. Had to adjust things to make sure it doesn’t rub. But it seems to be working well attached to a leather halter. Definitely more breathable for spring time than previous muzzle I used."

Best product

"I have tried so many brands of grazing muzzles and my pony could always get them off. Every morning, I'd have to go searching for his discarded muzzle. The Thinline Flexible Filly muzzle changed everything. He has worn it for the last 2 years when the grass is green and has only removed it 2 times. He also doesn't mind wearing it. It seems to be more comfortable on his face than most and he has had no rubs. I recently purchased a new one to have as a back up even though his current one is still in great shape. The zip tie application is great and they can easily be replaced if one breaks. After trying many different brands, I finally found the best muzzle for my guy."

The best grazing muzzle

"My horse has never worn a grazing muzzle before it was really important that I find one that I felt would be a good experience for him. He adjusted quickly to it. I found it very lightweight and not claustrophobic with plenty of air flow. I’m very happy with the purchase and my horse is very happy that he gets Graze with his buddy."

I have a chubby Haflinger

"I have a chubby Haflinger that I’ve been struggling to for the past year to find a muzzle that will last and he will leave on…he’s quite the escape artist! He hated the big bulky black ones and he got to the point where he would desperately evade getting them put on. They would rub hair off his nose and cheeks at points of contact. The lighter weight “easy breathe” muzzles had the eating hole worn larger in a maximum of 2 months, rendering the muzzle useless. My last resort was to try the Flexible Filly muzzle. I was skeptical about its ability to keep him from grazing in between its ‘wings”, but so far, so good. I love the lightweight, flexible material, and so does my Haffy! We’re only 18 days into this muzzle, so I may have to update my review if things change. But at this point I’m thrilled that he’s keeping it on, he no longer fights to keep me from putting this muzzle on him, I’ve only had to replace 1 zip tie and he’s losing weight!!"

the only muzzle my horse

"the only muzzle my horse will wear. He tries to scrap off and destroy any other muzzles I have used. He calmly accepted this one and has been wearing it for two summers. This will be the third summer. What a pleasure to not have to worry about him eating too much or hurting himself while trying to remove the old muzzles like he used too. I found out about it from the other horse owners when I changed barns. So thankful"

Works Well

"Good design and horse tolerating it well. The zip ties provided need to be stronger as I they broke the first day and several broke on the third day."

Horses approve!

"I ordered these for 3 horses. Two of them immediately went to grazing with no issues. One pouted for the afternoon and has been fine since. No issues trying to get their halters on unlike some other muzzles."

Laura C. (5/5)

Flimsy and easily torn

"Super flimsy. My first one broke within the month - not just the zip ties, but my horse tore the muzzle. I have 3 horses, and within a few months all of them had torn their muzzles no matter how I adjusted them. If you have horses that play out in pasture, don't bother with these flimsy muzzles. They will not hold up."

Swillybay (2/5)

Soft, flexible material but little room for adjustment

"Purchased for my gelding to limit fall grazing. Material is soft and flexible, but the attachment points at the fins need to have more holes to allow greater adjustments. When attached to a regular nylon breakaway halter, there is little room for adjustment. This may be different if you purchase the Thinline halter designed to go with this muzzle, but I have not purchased one so I can't say for sure."

I will buy this product again.

"These are the best grazing muzzles. No sores even when left on 24/7. Love these!"
