I have a 30 year

"I have a 30 year old Belgian and he is resting more than ever (obviously, LOL). He was getting pressure sores on his hocks. I ordered these "hoping" they would fit. And. . . THEY DID!! I was so happy with them, I ordered a second pair. I have was washed them once already and they came out clean and ready to be used again. I am EXTREMELY HAPPY with this product. So, happy I ordered a second pair! Thank you for thinking of the Big Horses. :)"

These are made so well.

"These are made so well. My first set I kept on my mare everyday for 8 months for bed sores before I had to order a new pair for back up."

I may buy them again knowing I will need to modify them.

"Used it for hock protection for my 2yr filly. Her hocks are not scraped raw but seem enlarged and hair roughed up. The morning of her first night wearing them, one boot was down around her fetlock! I washed both covers then added velcro pieces to the lower flap. That worked to keep them secure. Time will tell if it makes a difference."

I may buy them again knowing I will need to modify them.

"Have had them on my filly 4x, so far one or both has fallen down to the fetlock. I added an additional piece of Velcro to the lower back flap. That has helped. Try Try again this pm."

They are a must for 2 of our horses!

"This is my 2nd pair! I am unable to use shavings in my stalls (the stalls are always open to a dry lot) due to allergies so these are a must for two of my horses who get ""bed sores"". I put them on every evening and take them off in the mornings."

Janet (5/5)

If you have a horse that gets hock sores, you need these!

"For some reason my horse keeps getting sores on his hocks. Found these hock protectors and they are great!! They don't slip, spin or come off. They are made very well! Love them!"
