Tall Enough for my 18. 2 Warmblood!

"These ice boots work great and stay securely in place. They cool the legs evenly, help with soreness and swelling after rides, and are super easy to use. It’s hard to find ice boots tall enough but these work!"

Good ice boots

"These worked very well for our performance season this year. Used them after each performance plus it was hot so the cool down was enjoyed also."

Ice Boots

"Great ice boots that are easy to use and keep the leg cool. Great for fall when it’s too cold to hose the leg."

Big big fan of these

"Big big fan of these ice boots. Tall enough to ice from the knees all the way down to the coronary band even on both my 17h hunters. Seem pretty sturdy so far not a ton of slippage when on (i put them on and leave my hoses loose to eat). The only thing I’m not wild about is the gel doesn’t seem to get quite as cold as i wished it would."

Brittany W. (5/5)

Easy to Use

"The boot is easy to apply and stays cold much longer than I expected, often still firm after 30-45 minutes, in Florida. I'm very pleased with this purchase."

This wrap was pretty nice,

"This wrap was pretty nice, the length was good and went all the way around the legs with some overlap so that was perfect, it didnt wrap the hoof very well cause the velcro would go crooked but as long as they stand fairly still and are supervised its good. The gel was a little thin but altogether it was very good for the price!"

Does not ice evely

"I need to ice a damaged tendon twice a day for the next 6-8 months. It took a week or so to figure out how to put these on without feeling like I was in a boxing match. The cells do not freeze/defrost evenly. Some cells freeze rock solid and some softer. Because of that, you run the risk of giving your horse freeze burn damage without first wrapping the leg with a protective cloth. (more boxing practice) Additonally, you run the risk of heat damage to the leg (yes, heat) because you cannot get all of the air out between the cells which causes uneven defrosting. As recommended by a vet, I have ordered some Ice Vibe boots. Also as recommended by a Grand Prix rider, I have ordered Cyrochaps, although she tells me that they are not durable and become crazy expensive because of that. I believe that ALL of the ice boots should be put on with a protective leg cloth under the boot, and the icing should be limited to 16 minutes. At 20 minutes, it is my opinion that damage might occur. Hope this helps."
